Quick View
Updated over a week ago

Quick View is a simple, straightforward way to view individual images and video in isolation. There are two ways to activate it: through the “Click to Zoom” feature and through dedicated “Quick View” links.

“Click to Zoom” can be controlled through the Site Settings. While this setting is active, clicking any image will display the clicked image in isolation in the Quick View overlay. When this option is active, it will automatically apply to all images and videos in the site. This functionality can then be disabled on a case-by-case basis through the image settings: right click the image and check the “Disable Zoom” option.

Quick View can only be triggered while Previewing or visiting your site (not while in edit mode).

Quick View links can be created through the Link feature. Choose “Quick View” from the Navigate menu in order to make a link activate the Quick View overlay. Videos and Images will be rendered as conventional media items inside the Quick View overlay; all other URLs will be rendered as iframes which embed the contents of that URL.

The color and layout of the Quick View overlay can be changed in Site Settings. Notably, there are two separate alignment options: “Quick View Alignment” changes the position of the Quick View overlay in the browser viewport when the Width and Height are less than 100%. “Content Alignment” changes the alignment of content within the Quick View overlay.
