All Cargo sites are designed to handle the “landscape” orientation of a desktop computer and the “portrait” orientation of a mobile device.

Mobile settings can be adjusted in “Mobile Preview” — click the phone icon in the top menu bar or press ⇧⌘X to toggle between Desktop and Mobile Preview.

Columns

Each individual set of columns can be adjusted for mobile. While in Mobile Preview, hover over the columns and click on the blue “Columns” button to bring up the settings menu — here you can adjust the gutter size and toggle the “Stack Columns Vertically” option, which will stack each column in the set vertically.

Galleries and Thumbnail Index

Each Gallery and Thumbnail Index can be adjusted for mobile: while in Mobile Preview, hover over the element and click on the blue button to bring up the settings menu. Here you can adjust the mobile options for the various gallery modes, like the amount of columns, gutters, alignment, etc.

Homepage

The “home page” is the first page that visitors see when coming to a site. You can specify whether you want to use the same page as the homepage for both desktop and mobile, or make individual pages for each case: right-click a page and go to “Set as Homepage”.

Pinned Pages

A page can be “pinned,” which makes it visible on all pages of the site, or on all pages within a Set. Pinned pages can be configured to show only on Desktop or only on Mobile, or both. This is useful for showing a different navigation menu on mobile devices. Read more about pinning.
