To send and receive email from your own domain you will need to sign up for a third-party email provider. There are many services that offer email hosting, like Fastmail, Google, Pobox, and Zoho.

Each email host will have their own process, and to set this up you will need to edit your domain’s MX records using Cargo’s DNS Editor:

​Cargo → 🅐 → Account Settings → Domains Names
then click on “···” next to the domain you want to edit and choose Edit DNS.

Add a new record by clicking New and choosing MX in the record type column. Paste each record as provided by your email host, which should look similar to the example below:

NB: after a domain’s DNS records are changed it can take some time for these to propagate across the Web.
