To use your promo code, open Publish Settings (in the right menu bar), click “Make this site public” and look for the “Use a promo code” link at the bottom.

To transfer a promo code from one site to another, open Publish Settings (in the right menu bar), click “Make this site public” and look for the “Use a promo code” link at the bottom. Enter your current code and you will be prompted to move the code to the new site.
